Where to Stay

Many cosmetic procedures are considered outpatient and you can return to your home after surgery. If needed, Dr. Rowe’s staff can arrange for a registered nurse to monitor the recovery process. If you are unable to return home after a specific surgical procedure, Dr. Rowe has many options that are safe and comfortable for surgical recovery. If you decide to have your procedure in Dr. Rowe’s on-site operating room and are not quite ready to stay alone after the procedure, his staff will arrange for you to be picked up after your procedure by a nurse who will escort you to your home or to one of many local hotels for a stay. The nurse can be with you 24-hours a day if you so desire in order to monitor your recovery.

Affina Gardens: Located at 215 East 64th Street, New York, NY 10065-6662. (212) 355-1230.

Plaza Athenee: A small, beautiful, boutique hotel offering many amenities. This hotel is located only five blocks away from our office at 37 East 64th Street, New York, NY. (212) 734-9100.

For patients traveling to New York from out of town for surgery these hotels are great options. We can provide nurses around the clock to stay in the hotel with our patients while they recover. Dr. Rowe also visits his patients in the morning and evening to set them at ease and monitor recovery and healing. This option is particularly comforting to Dr. Rowe’s patients who travel from overseas. If you prefer to recuperate in the hospital, we will arrange for you to stay as long as you need or desire.
