Covid-19 Update

Hello and welcome to Rowe Plastic Surgery. Your health and safety are our top priority. With that in mind, please review the questions and instructions below. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions! We look forward to seeing you soon.

Before the appointment:

During the appointment confirmation phone call, we will ask:

  1. Have you had a fever, cough or shortness of breath anytime in the last three weeks?
  2. Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19? If yes, was it less than three weeks ago? Were your most recent symptoms less than three weeks ago?
  3. Have you been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? Was your last contact with this person less than three weeks ago?

If the answer is yes to any of the questions above, you will be invited to have a more in-depth discussion with our clinical staff.

During the appointment:

  • At this time, only the patient themselves (or a child with one parent/guardian) is permitted in the office. This includes the waiting room and bathroom.
  • We will take your temperature prior to entering the office.
  • You must wear a face covering and gloves if possible. We will supply you with a mask and gloves if you do not have your own.
  • The office is deep cleaned in between each patient as well as at the end of the day.
